Wild Dunes Condos - Hospitality Design
In partnership with Hyatt, we updated a series of condos with a hospitality-driven design approach. The goal: create an elevated, rental-friendly environment that feels like a vacation the moment you step inside.
Spanning 32 units and counting, the project involved full-service design support. By partnering closely with Hyatt, construction partners, local vendors, and condo owners, we completed all units with renters vacation experience top of mind— and just in time for peak season.
Furniture layouts were reimagined for increased guest capacity, while bespoke pieces were created to withstand the demands of rental use. We removed heavy, outdated materials in favor of lighter, wipeable surfaces and textures that conceal wear without sacrificing softness or style. In the bathrooms, simple upgrades create a cleaner, more modern experience.
Finish selections reflect the coastal setting, Charleston-based artwork adorns the walls, and a palette of blues and warm neutrals invite relaxation. Custom furnishings brought scale and cohesion to each unit while preserving individuality across different condo layouts.
The result is a hospitality-forward refresh that strengthens the connection between Hyatt's property portfolio and Isle of Palm's sense of place—setting a new design standard for future renovations and offering a more desirable rental experience for owners and guests alike.
