The interiors possess a transitional, coastal sensibility that is textural, neutral, and timeless. Custom cabinetry rises to meet 12-foot ceilings. Handcrafted millwork brings an organic feeling through arches, open shelving, poplar ceilings, and bespoke baseboards. A custom walnut dining table and coffee table ground the main living spaces with a warm, sculptural presence.
In the kitchen, a feature wall of countertop-to-ceiling zellige tile and plaster range hood add movement. Hidden details elevate daily life, including faux finishes and a concealed office, masked behind a floor-to-ceiling mirror at the end of a hallway.
The pool deck, screened porch, and outdoor kitchen are a step away through the panoramic, sliding-glass pocket-door. A separate FROG functions as an in-law suite with a kitchenette, and a covered walkway with open-air arches that leads back to the main house.
